Involve youth and adult participants of the EBC in the assessment, design and systematization of the school is a determining factor in its nature, to really respond to their interests and visions, while it is essential to involve the facilitators of the thematic units that addressed. Therefore, in the months of February and March 2009 we held working sessions with both actors in order to enhance the profile and the mode of operation of the EBC. We believe it was a very rewarding endeavor that will benefit future generations. Among some of the results was a need to include the issue of consensus building and leadership or human communication. Also, the importance of conducting more exchange experiences at the sites and open to the young and urban adults.
